The Session King mandolin is a stripped down version of my Celtic O mandolin. It is similar in size to a Sobell Celtic mandolin. The design and construction is similar to my Big Celtic mandolin model, but the sound has more focus, with excellent projection.
The Session King mandolin back is curved rather than carved.
You can order one with an oval hole or with f holes.
The back and sides can be upgraded from mahogany to other woods on request.
Top binding only (unless you upgrade to full binding) with a head veneer on the headstock face only (again, upgrade to backstrap available)
The Session King mandolin has a satin finish and chrome Gotoh 510 tuners.
The mandolin is shipped in an affordable hard case, in a plywood packing crate.
