Model EG2 is has a mahogany neck and a body made of mahogany substitute timber called amoora.

For this prototype I’ve used a wenge fretboard, and wenge head veneers with an open grain satin finish.

The Australian made twin Firebird style mini hum bucker pickups are excellent.

All the components are quality – Japanese cut off tele bridge with compensated brass saddles, Gotoh 510 tuners, Evo Gold frets, ebony knobs on Alpha pots, a switchcraft three way switch and comes in an excellent Gator case.
