Standard Model bouzouki

NK Forster Standard Model Bouzouki – compact, focused, Session-ready

Compact. Focused. Built for the session.

WHAT IT IS

The Standard Model is a compact Irish bouzouki designed for players who want tight response, strong projection, and easy portability. It fits neatly into a banjo case and carries the clarity needed to cut through a room full of fiddles and flutes.

WHY YOU NEED IT

If you’re playing in sessions, a big-bodied bouzoukis can sometimes feel like too much.
This model is built smaller not to lose volume, but to tighten the focus and sharpen the tone.

You get a clean, precise voice that still has warmth, and a size that’s easier to handle, travel with, and play for hours.

WHAT YOU GET

A handmade bouzouki based on the smaller-bodied Sobell style.
Focused tone and projection for trad sessions.
Instrument featured has a redwood top with Indian laurel back and sides.
Comes in a banjo case.
