An early “relic” Model C-SK
For years I’ve managed to keep the waiting list around 8-12 months long. But it’s shot up this last year to double that despite my work getting a bit more expensive. So, for the next year or so I’m not taking any more orders for the basic Session King Model C-SK, Model S-SK or Guitar bouzouki-SK.
You can still order a basic tenor-SK or an upgraded SKadv guitar.
There was always a risk of becoming very busy by introducing a budget model, but I hadn’t anticipated the waiting list getting out of hand. Some makers like to stack up a few years worth of work ahead of them, but it’s not for me. Too long a list means I can’t experiment so much. And then I get bored.
When I’ve worked my way through this lot of instruments I’ll look again at the order list and see where things are. Apologies if you were thinking of ordering a basic Session King guitar. If you’ve not already, sign up to my newsletter – one might come up used.
